This policy explains what we collect and why when you use Pet Video Effect to create pet video effects.

What we collect

We collect your email if you create an account, the pet photos and job inputs you submit, generated results, purchase and credit records from Stripe, and basic technical data needed to secure and operate the service.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the application and temporary files, Stripe processes payments, optional Google sign-in handles authentication, and our configured AI generation provider processes an input only to produce the requested effect. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Uploaded source photos and generated videos are scheduled for deletion 30 days after each file is created. Storage lifecycle processing is asynchronous, so deletion may take longer. You can request earlier deletion by contacting support. Our AI provider and other service providers may retain data under their own retention schedules. Account and payment records may be kept longer for security, support, accounting, and legal obligations.

Cookies

We use first-party session storage and, where enabled, attribution or analytics identifiers. We do not place advertising cookies on the generator by default.

Your choices

You may request access or deletion by emailing support@petvideoeffect.com. Do not upload photos of anyone without the necessary permission, and do not use the service if you are below the minimum age required where you live.

Generation records and credits

We use generation status, credit usage and purchase records to operate the service and review support requests. When a usable video is generated successfully, the credits spent on it are not returned or refunded solely because you dislike the result, subject to applicable law. See our Refund policy for failed generations and other exceptions.
