These terms govern your use of Pet Video Effect, including uploads, generated videos, credit purchases, and support.

What the service is

Pet Video Effect provides AI-assisted pet video effects for personal and permitted creative use. Results are probabilistic and may not match every input.

Your content

You must have the rights and permissions needed for every upload. Do not upload illegal, abusive, deceptive, or privacy-invasive material, and do not present an AI result as documentary footage or as a real event when that would mislead someone.

Credits and payments

Credits are sold in the packs shown at checkout and are used when a generation is accepted. When a usable video is generated successfully, the credits spent on it are not returned or refunded solely because you dislike its appearance or it differs from your expectations or a preview. Failed generations and other issues are handled under our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that apply under law.

No warranty

The service and AI outputs are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or a particular result. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. We may update these terms when the service changes.
